The fifth session of the Decent Work Series organized by UHAM, titled "General Principles of Old-Age Pension in the Turkish Social Security System," took place.

The fifth session of the "Decent Work Series," organized by the Ibn Haldun University Center for International Law and Human Rights (UHAM), was held on November 5, 2024, with the title "General Principles of Old-Age Pension in the Turkish Social Security System." The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu from the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law, and Assoc. Dr. Orhan Ersun Civan from the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at TOBB ETÜ Faculty of Law delivered a presentation. In his presentation, Assoc. Dr. Orhan Ersun Civan addressed the eligibility conditions for old-age pensions and discussed legal issues related to the topic as well as suggested solutions. The event was broadcast live on the YouTube channel of the Center for International Law and Human Rights (UHAM).
