The Activity to Protect Workers' Freedom of Expression as a Requirement of Decent Work was Successfully Held
The "Protection of Workers' Freedom of Expression as a Requirement for Decent Work" event organized by UHAM was held with a session in which the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Federal Courts of Germany were comparatively examined.

IV of the Decent Work Series organized by the International Center for Law and Human Rights (UHAM). The event was held on October 24, 2024 under the title "Protection of Workers' Freedom of Expression as a Requirement of Decent Work". Ibn Haldun University Constitutional Law Department Lecturer Dr. Lecturer At the event moderated by member Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, Marmara University Labor and Social Security Law Department faculty member Dr. Lecturer Member Aybüke Karaca Yağcı evaluated the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Federal Court of Germany regarding workers' freedom of expression in a comparative manner. While the event was broadcast live on UHAM's YouTube account, participants were able to submit their questions to the speakers through comments.
