In the fourteenth session of the “Decent Work Series,” organized by the Ibn Haldun University Center for International Law and Human Rights (UHAM), the relationship between the dynamics of collective bargaining and the just transition process within the context of green transformation will be addressed.
The event will be moderated by Dr. Gülnîhal Ahter Yakacak, faculty member at the Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and Director of the Center for International Law and Human Rights. The speaker will be Dr. Didem Yardımcıoğlu, faculty member at the Department of Labor and Social Security Law, Faculty of Law, Dicle University.
This session will explore the emerging paradigm of collective bargaining at the intersection of environmental, economic, and labor concerns in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
