Within the scope of the "Decent Work Series" conducted by Ibn Haldun University International Law and Human Rights Research and Application Center (UHAM), the third session of the "Youth Perspective Series"—launched to create space for young academics and researchers and support their academic production—will be held. In this third event of the series, "Termination of the Employment Contract Due to the Employee's Freedom of Religion within the Framework of Decent Work and Fundamental Rights" will be thoroughly addressed.
Moderated by Res. Asst. Abdülmecit Güldağı from Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law, with Res. Asst. Münevver Temir from Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Law as the speaker, the event will evaluate the employee's right to freedom of religion and the contract termination process from the perspective of fundamental rights and decent work.
