Within the scope of the "Decent Work Series" conducted by Ibn Haldun University International Law and Human Rights Application and Research Center (UHAM), the second session of the "Young Perspective Series"—initiated to create a space for the work of young academics and researchers and to support their academic output—will be held. In this second event of the series, the topic of "Lawyers Drifting into the Precariat" will be comprehensively addressed.
The event will be moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, faculty member at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and Director of UHAM, and will feature İbrahim Solmaz, PhD Student in Private Law at Ibn Haldun University, as the guest speaker. In the event, precariatization (precariousness) in the legal profession, socio-economic challenges faced by lawyers, and the reflections of this transformation will be evaluated in detail from a "decent work" perspective.
