The first session of the "Young Perspective Series," launched to provide a platform for young academics and researchers and to support their academic production within the scope of the "Decent Work Series" conducted by the Ibn Haldun University Center for International Law and Human Rights Implementation and Research (UHAM), will be held. In this inaugural event of the series, the topic of "The Employer's Right to Ask Questions in Job Interviews and Its Limits within the Context of Decent Work" will be discussed comprehensively.
In the event, where Asst. Prof. Dr. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, Faculty Member at Ibn Haldun University Law Faculty and Director of UHAM, will serve as moderator, and Res. Asst. Özgür Sevim from the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Başkent University Law Faculty will participate as a speaker; the legal framework of the employer's right to ask questions to candidates during recruitment processes will be evaluated from a decent work perspective.
