In the twentieth session of the "Decent Work Series" organized by Ibn Haldun University International Law and Human Rights Application and Research Center (UHAM), the topic of workers’ right to collective action will be discussed in light of current Constitutional Court decisions.
The event, moderated by Asst. Prof. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, faculty member at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and Director of UHAM, will feature Assoc. Prof. Dilek Dulay Yangın, faculty member at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, as the guest speaker. The constitutional dimensions of the right to collective action, trade union freedoms, and recent judicial precedents will be evaluated in detail.
