In the nineteenth session of the "Decent Work Series" organized by Ibn Haldun University Center for International Law and Human Rights Implementation and Research (UHAM), the issue of protecting the private life of the employee in the light of Constitutional Court decisions will be discussed within the framework of the decent work approach.

In the event, where Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, Faculty Member of the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Ibn Haldun University, will act as the moderator, and Prof. Dr. Nurşen Caniklioğlu, Faculty Member of the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Marmara University, will take part as the speaker; the privacy of employees' private lives, constitutional rights, and current judicial decisions will be evaluated in detail.
